Photo Galleries: You would be able to create galleries and upload photos to it, and people can comment on it.
Groups: You have to join a group to interact with it.
Videos: Same as photos, but videos.

just put your photos in a project and share it
for videos put it on youtube and then share a project with the link
for groups, use facebook
although these are good ideas i think scratch should just be for scratch and not other features.

scratch.mit.edu was specifically designed for projects made in scratch and i highly doubt that will ever change

you can make photo galleries by giving a sprite a lot of costumes and making them switch every once and a while.

Well, I'm not always on a computer that has Scratch on it, sooo, yeah.
My parents won't let me.
^^^^My family doesn't do Facebook. And I'm not 13 yet, although I will be in 5 1/2 months.
