It's happenning on my Internet Explorer as we speak.
REALLY annoying while checking comments. It also takes longer to load at the moment.

Thanks for the reports, everyone! (Although one small tip, Mokat - it's super helpful to choose a descriptive subject when posting. I might've glanced over this if I hadn't been curious.)
To make a long story short, we tried to introduce a fix for full screen project player mode in IE 8. Unfortunately, IE doesn't really follow web standards, so it's a real pain to code for. We thought forcing what MS calls "Quirks" mode would solve the problem, and it did, but it obviously introduced some new, different problems. So, back to the old drawing board I'm afraid. 
I reversed the changes we made today - we'll give it another shot tomorrow. Thanks again for letting us know, everyone - and for including the version of the browser you were using.

Ok - I just updated with some new code and tested and things seem to be working well! Can folks with IE confirm that clicking the fullscreen icon on the project player puts the project into a working fullscreen mode?

Yep! It finnally works. It used to just move the box to the top left for a long time.
