A few things, Septimus, if you even glance at this topic again:
1. It's more than likely that he gets his images from a site or from various sites, all with a free-use policy
2. I don't believe he's put any lines on any of the pictures, but okay
3. The term is aliased, you used a double-negative (non-antialiased, FTW  )
4. He is not commissioning them, as he is not asking for money or any other sort of payment
