MINECRAFT House Contest Fall 2012- Enter your homes today!

How this will work:

You must have your entry on by 11/16. Basically, you want to make the best MC house ever.

To sign up for a judge: answer these questions. You have to play MC for at least 6 months to enter.
1. When did you start playing?
2. MC username?
3. Your age?

Judges ARE NOT allowed to enter entries. Everyone else is allowed to enter.

JUDGES:
1.Animeboy975 (Host, too)
2.soupoftomato
3.northmeister
4.banana500
5.poopo
6. Reserved for ImagineIt

Rules:
1. You are allowed to use creative for building your house.
2. Feel flexible to put anything in your house that does not require mods.
3. You will be given a A. Judges can vote on anything if they want.
4. Judges will pick 8 houses. With a round that lasts 3 days. It'll go on.
5. You must include a .rar and a .zip for your houses.
6. Have fun!

why is any of this information actually relevant it's really just rather patronizing

Why a .rar and a .zip? Who even uses .rar now anyways? Zip is universaland built into Windows and OS X, while Rar needs 7-zip or WinRar.

I think the windows would have looked a bit nicer 2 blocks high instead of 1, and I kinda dislike the floating sandstone with torches on in the farm. Maybe you could have used glowstone instead. I like the porch and the kitchen, but it is a bit bare upstairs. Still, I give it a 7/10.  tongue

I was mostly inspired by a house in the Downton Abbey commercial, I think it's a London type of house but I've never been to London so I mostly based it off pictures from Google.

I don't think you need to apply if you're just building, and if you're a judge you can't partake in the contest, from what I can understand.
