ToJar CLI edition

This is a cli version of ZeroLuck's ToJar.

Download: [url]http://www.sudoforlunch.co.cc/tojarcli.jar[url]Source: [url]http://www.sudoforlunch.co.cc/tojarcli.zip[url]Usage: java -jar tojarcli.jar -i /your/scratch/project.sb -o /where/do/you/want/the.jar -t "The project's title"
