Um, how does one 'drown quickly'? I thought that all drowning took the same amount of time.

Not necessarily. Someone could hold their breath for a very long time and not drown until a few minutes, for instance.

But they would only START drowning after those few minutes of breath-holding.

The idea that "drowning quickly" is supposed to convey is that they don't last long in the water. So, after falling in the water, they quickly drowned, rather than stayed alive for a much longer period of time. But regardless, this is a really pointless thing to argue about.

So...
I was reading this thing and apparently they're getting David Tennant back for the 50th anniversary of DW next year. It said it was from a 'solid source', so I reckon it's real!

I'm trying to find the name of an alien that appeared in the series. Humanoid, wears a suit. Has an enlarged head, with a messed-up mouth. Uses what seems to be electricity to attack. A user had it in their signature. I need to know. I saw it on the documentary "The Science of Doctor Who", if that helps. I don't watch the series because I can never catch it when it's on, but I would if I could.
Wikipedia has nothing that I could find.

A topic in Show and Tell would be a good place to discuss this - but I think it is also okay here since it is a Dr. Who related project.
