What to do if people swear at me?
I know that scratch has the ability to censor swears. But they can just replace one letter with a similar letter number or symbol.

Yeah. All users can report. The only difference is that New Scratchers don't trigger the autoban. If you don't know what I'm talking about, don't worry about it.
