Stretch size by block
Anyone agree it would change width and hieght of the sprite. Sorry for typos i am lazy at spelling.

I don't get it. If you mean change size of sprites, you can already, by Paint Editor, but if you want tabs that are on each side of sprite and you can drag them to make the sprite bigger, I support.
