Never mind those questions. Anyway, I have a few:
1). A program that converts temperatures between F, C and K.
2). A program that gives you random brain teasers.
3). This would require some work, but a program that contains art made out of characters. If needed, I could show you this feature in a scratch project.
4). A Chat Bot.
5). A clock and calendar.
6). Hangman.
7). A periodic table. Enter an element # (or name) and the program will tell you a bit about your element.

You forgot to fill out the form, but seeing as you're new, I'll let this slip. Here are my ideas:
1). A project introducing yourself to the scratch community and maybe saying a thing or two you like.
2). For some reason, a sneaky clown has been putting small gold nuggets in his balloons and releasing them for capture later, but you know of the clown's plan. With your slingshot, shoot down as many balloons as possible in a minute.
3). A maze game where the farther you get, harder and harder it gets. Remember, you're timed and there should also be a variety of obstacles/challenges.
4). A Halloween-themed random number guessing game.
5). A platformer where you try to get to the end of the level while dodging asteroids at the same time.
6). An art drawing program.

When you said "Sure", did you mean that you want to see the feature or that your going to add the feature to your OS?
Anyway, I just had another idea. In your OS, you could add a timer and a stopwatch.

1). A 3D ogre attack game where you protect your castle with a catapult.
2). A fishing game where you fish for fish and using your income, you can buy a better boat (Which then lets you go in deeper water.), better equipment, better lures, ect...
3). A game where you get to construct your own pumpkin. Make sure to be able to change the stem, the color, the size, what shape they have cut out, the background, ect...
