Wow, this is a really great selection of books, but you had to add twilight. I'd say eliminate it because it's not going to win. I'd personaly go with, lotr, the hobbit, the adventures of huck finn, and moby dick.

Maybe this shouldn't be about the "top" but rather "favorites" so people don't keep nagging about some things being better than others
My favorite books are A Prayer For Owen Meany, 9 Stories (by JD Salinger), and everything in the Eightball series by Dan Clowes, but I probably wouldn't say they're the best books ever written
