Sharing on scratch website

I am trying to share my project on the scratch website and when it uploads to the website, it just seems to show up as a picture.  How do I make it play the video?  I see that when I click on other peoples, theres actually plays the video, but mine is just a still picture of the video.

Any help would be extremely appreciated! I need to submit this to my class today.

I just looked at the project, and found the problem. You forgot to start your scripts with the:

when gf clicked
block.
