There's truly no "worst" programming language - each one serves different purposes and is oriented at different users. Plus, any truly bad programming language wouldn't be widely used, and therefore not well known, anyway.
Thus, what languages are "good" or not are merely up to user opinions. One pet peeve of mine, is Visual Basic's syntax:
THESE DARN CAPITALIZED KEYWORDS, UGHHH. IT'S HORRIBLE.
