The 50 post minimum is to put another barrior in the way of spammers that sometimes use the signature line to spam.  The thing with your email address doesn't sound good though.  Try setting it from your My Stuff area (there's a link by your icon image).

I think i might know why, because im under 13, could that have something to do with it?

Strangely, if you set it from your Stuff page, it will set on the Forums as well. O.o
