can you get music from iTunes onto a Scratch project? if so, please tell me, because i need some music for a project i might do. i know that there's something you can do becuase there are lots of projects with songs in them. so please tell me!!!

Well, if they are (Which I'm guessing they are) .MP3 s then you just go into the sounds or sound (idk) tab in a sprite, next to the costumes tab, do import, then find where your music is (You have to have the files) and double click them, then, just wait for it to import.

THey aren't MP3s. They're M4As, but the Mac version still accepts them. I'm not sure about Windows.

i went to the itunes music folder thing with all my music and tried to find the song i wanted, and none of my music was there, but i know it is on itunes, its just that when i try to import them onto scratch they don't show up.

Well, I know the answer to all of your questions. To change it into Mp3 or WAV on iTunes, go to the corner and click Edit>>Preferences. The Preference window will show up. Go to the the go to the button that reads "Import Settings". Another window will come up. Select the "Import Using" button and select "WAV Encoder" or "MP3 Encoder". Then hit okay on both the "Import Settings" and Preference windows, and right click the song you want to get in Scratch. It should make a copy in WAV or MP3 type. Then copy the song into a findable place on your computer, then open it in Scratch. If a notice pops in iTunes that says it can't change the songs because it si locked, then ask me....
