once my old sprite "dies", i need to restart a duplicate of the same sprite. how do i do this with broadcast? should there be an option in the dropdown menu of broadcast called "new <sprite1>"?

Re: restarting a sprite

Why not just reuse the old sprite?  Stamp it (if you need it to stay on the screen), Hide it, Move it, Show it and you're off and running again.

Re: restarting a sprite

i do need it to stay on the screen, but when i use stamp, it stamps all the movements thereafter. i only need it to stay at on the screen at the last position, and then have it restart at the same time in a different position. i'm new to scratch and was trying to reuse my sprite with the broadcast event, but failed.
