Given the wording in the license, implementing the ability to upload to Mod Share sounds fine. You might need to change the code a lot to make it compatible with Mod Share, however. Are you still basing your mod off the Scratch Source?

Yeah, I'm still using the Scratch Source, I'm just going to copy the class.
