The server wasn't up... so I don't think it had to do with whitelist

Yeah, you can use home commands.

You can also set warps using /setwarp <warp> and /warp <warp>

/warp spawn to go to spawn.

I might update to Bukkit when a dev build is out (instead of beta). I'm really impatient to go on and try 1.4 xD
