No, Scratch can't play any sort of commercial game (Nintendo, Playstation, Xbox, SEGA, etc.). Scratch is a programming language - you're supposed to use it to create games and animations with Scratch.

You could always try and make a call of duty game, it would be pretty basic though as scratch does not work in 3d - check out my MW3 Project for ideas
