I think we should wait until Scratch 2.0 is out and fully functional before we start trying to get it on tablets, iOS, or other mobile devices because I heard somewhere that they're making it in HTML5 after the flash version gets released. This might be a rumor, but regardless, I think it's best to wait for now.
Yeah but wouldnt it be cooler if we made it to the tablets instead of them making it in html5,sometimes html5 is slow,i will use css3,javascript,html5
man, that doesn't even make sense

You know something? I was the first person to break the news to my comp. teacher that Scratch 2.0 is being released in alpha for 3 days...he did more detailed research and then when he found out it would be in flash, he was just outraged. He wanted it in HTML5...

Well, good luck!
Oh, and I don't know what I'm talking about, but I know an extremely compatible-with-everything programming language called Haxe. It's pretty interesting. It's also pretty easy to learn if you already program in pretty much any language.

Right.
Back on topic.
to access scratch 2.0 i used this :
Use Firefox
Use javascript:document.body.childNodes[0].ASsetEditMode(true);
Use http://alpha.scratch.mit.edu/scratchr2/static/Scratch_new.swf
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Open Firefox
Search http://alpha.scratch.mit.edu/scratchr2/static/Scratch_new.swf
Open Web Console And Insert javascript:document.body.childNodes[0].ASsetEditMode(true);
How do I put the javascript code into a bookmark in Safari so when I click it ,It redirects to the editor automatically ?
how do i do that?

So many questions!
I know that it is hard, and time consuming, but if you really want to get into the Scratch 2.0 Alpha, you HAVE to read the whole thread, starting with the first page, and at least ending at page 15.

Oh, here it is. And you don't have to read the WHOLE thread. Just use

Or just read the last page since people seem to be reposting it every now and then.

there should be a block, similar to the "days since 2000" block:
it'd be "Greenwich seconds since midnight" and it would report just that
