Projects is not compatible

I tested my project on the scratch program itself and it worked fine. Then I uploaded it to the site and it was not working correctly. I switched from the flash player to the java player on the site and it worked fine. Why? haha

Yeah, projects often don't work too well in the online player. This is a common glitch.
