If you're starting up a new collaboration, but are low on workers, why not consider teaming up with The University of Scratch and setting up an apprenticeship program? If you do so, student of the university would see the opportunity and may sign up!

Now, I know you may be apprehensive to the idea of Scratchers who are just learning signing up, so to counter this, you can require that they take certain clases before hand before trying to sign up. That way, they already have some knowledge.

I really hope you consider joining forces with The University Of Scratch!
