97 or 121 comments?
I was looking at my "My stuff" page and saw that my 2016 project had 97 comments. I came back later and it said it had 121 comments. I came back one more time and it said 97 again.
Is this a glitch with data caching?

it might. i have seen some stuff like this too on my own projects. i bet it is a caching error like you suspected

No, I deleted very few. About 3 or 4, while mine oscilates between ~205 and ~250.
