California does have laws too!
You can read about bullying laws of your state on StopBullying.gov which is a government site about bullying and the new laws that are being put into place across the country.

Bullying can be stopped if a friend steps in within 10 seconds. R.I.P all bullied victims who has ended their lives horribly, bullying MUST stop, or we are setting off in a bad direction for future generations.

Whoever becomes president in November HAS to have congress pass laws making bullying illegal!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY BETTER DO THAT, or they'll be hearing from quite a few of all of us.

Well, I read this somewhere, and I agree with this:
