That shows how much I love it- I mean who would not have given 10/10 idea for that, all the different tracks and cars, drs, love it. Erm yeah, this if it was not for the sound (3/10 because i can survive without it) and Surprises (which you can not really add to) it would be in the 90s. Only improvements- More cars to race against and markings so you know when you are coming to the corner (i was off the track most of the time) oh yeah and 1:58:8  sad

Personal Opinion- Great battle engine. Nice and easy game just hit and block, maybe you could refine the pushing that happens because i got pushed into a corner but i still won with 74 health remaining. Not many points for surprises but then there could not really be any surprises in the first place

Re: Willpower's Reviews (New)- I review any project!

Hi, I'm not asking for a review I'm just asking some of my scratch-friends to give me feedback on this because I've tried on project ideas and I'm not getting anywhere. Basically it's a preview to a game, but I don't want to start making it until I know exactly what scratchers want. Thanks!

Hi Borrego- no problem!
and anyway i can not really review it because it is just words.

Bits I love:
1) Double the available tiles!
2) Building on hills (that was one of the things that let Generation 4000 and 4001 down)
3) DISASTERS!!!!!!  lol

Bits I am very interested by:
1) Building a waterfall
2) Neighbouring Cities

Bits I recommend:
1) A way to clear whole areas of landscape without changing every individual tile (or can you do that already- i forget)
2) Make roads a more important part of the game- without road, no success so...
3) Roads should be easier to implement and use.

Oh yeah and...

DON'T YOU DARE FORGET TO SEND IT TO ME ONCE IT'S FINISHED  lol

Bits I love:
1) Double the available tiles!
2) Building on hills (that was one of the things that let Generation 4000 and 4001 down)
//If I do include hills it might result in the God Mode being removed, and pre-made landscapes replacing it. This is because, although they sound simple (an area higher than other areas) I've also got to take into consideration whether the player joins up two hills together, which would result in inverted-corners, plus the amount of calculations needed not only to draw this but before that to detect it. There are too many variations of hills, mountains and peaks that I'm not sure if Scratch can handle it. I remember when Generation:3000 got voted twice to be featured, but was turned down for not loading online and crashing peoples' flash players for being over-complicated.
3) DISASTERS!!!!!!  lol
//I'll try to get tornadoes, UFOs and earthquakes going. I might get fires going too but they might be difficult, and a monster can easily be created using a similar script to the tornado, except when it unleashes fire it has greater coverage. Sadly the drive-mode can't return unless I made a top-down game that would look rubbish.

Bits I am very interested by:
1) Building a waterfall
//It will work like any ordinary tile would.
2) Neighbouring Cities
//They will simply be variables unless they are ran by online players, in that case they will be very complicated!

Bits I recommend:
1) A way to clear whole areas of landscape without changing every individual tile (or can you do that already- i forget)
//If I have to go with pre-made landscapes then this might not be possible, of course you will still be able to remove buildings and foliage. I'll make an option to remove objects from a whole area (which will be roughly 7X7 again).
2) Make roads a more important part of the game- without road, no success so...
//Might be difficult, but I suppose I could make it so that every building must touch a road.
3) Roads should be easier to implement and use.
//Really? You just click on the little symbols pointing in the right direction and lay them, and I'm not sure how to allow the player to drag them over tiles. I'll have to check on Help with Scripts.

Oh yeah and...

DON'T YOU DARE FORGET TO SEND IT TO ME ONCE IT'S FINISHED  lol

//Cluck off!

13c2games with Saving The Environment

Scripts (Programming) 5/10
Bugs & Glitches (Errors With Game?) 9/10

Graphics (Sprite Design, Stage) 6/10
Entertaining (Fun, Addictive) 6/10

Saving the environment seems to have become a scratch theme! Personal Opinion- good game- the places where it lost loads of points was where it could not really get any (Surprises ect..) The scripts could do with some cleanup- for example you have two menu buttons which could be merged into one.

It's bad, I know, but please?

I will review any project no matter how bad you think it is- you never know it might be my favourite game ever!

Personal Opinion- Better than you think it is!! It is actually a really nice game and it scores highly across the board (most of them 7s- by accident) Prehaps to improve you could add other falling things that you are not supposed to touch?
