the lists are bugged

Bunch of problems with the data sections.

and you can't rename lists, but you can variables.

but clicking the list blocks in the block plane doesn't work, plus the blank list bug.

and what code do i need?

"alpha.scratch.mit.edu" is the website. Same as the code dvd4 gave for Safari.

actually, I think this is better,because it does the same thing and more than those two.

I think we should wait until Scratch 2.0 is out and fully functional before we start trying to get it on tablets, iOS, or other mobile devices because I heard somewhere that they're making it in HTML5 after the flash version gets released. This might be a rumor, but regardless, I think it's best to wait for now.
