I think the word "know" has changed it's meaning since I learned it :p
I find it hard to believe that someone could actually know like 10+ programming languages and actually be good at them.
I plan to get a software engineering degree and I don't even expect to know that many by the time I get it! Agreed.

Learning PHP and SQL is REALLY worth it. Helps quite a bit for creating websites--at least if you don't want to depend on other peoples' code, templates, stuff like that.

I wouldn't count Scratch, HTML, CSS, or VBA really unless you edit the code.

What?
I think metal thinks that HTML, CSS and VBA are IDEs like Scratch (which is totally not the case). If that were true, it would only count if you edit the IDE's code.

Scratch

MS Excel -- Not the macro language, you can actualy make programs with it. I have a prime factorizer, Game of Life simulator, and food chain simulations.
I think that's all.
EDIT: Xigxag, if that's any use.

I know
* Processing, it's ridiculously easy to learn
* HTML, to make webpages without them looking cheesy (I'm looking at you Weebly)
* CSS, to make said websites pretty
And a little bit of
* Lua, no more semicolons
* bash, necessary to anyone who runs Linux
* sh, it's really just Bash
* Javascript, automate the web
* GLSL, take the load off your CPU and on the GPU
