hex value colors
two suggestions:
1. there should be a block that sets the pen color to a certain hex value
2. there should be a block that gets the hex value of the pixel of color touching a the sprite's costume center. (basically like an eyedropper tool)

I support, but they haven't added things like this in the past because it might confuse younger scratchers. I think they should just have an option to change how the colors work in some sort of menu.

how do you know it will confuse younger scratchers? if that is the case these blocks could just be hidden until an "advanced mode" is turned on or whatever
