It's CMD / Command

It's ^ (control). Most application keyboard shortcuts use ⌘ (command) or ^⌘ (control-command) on a mac, but some system shortcuts and the right-click alternative use just ^. ⌘-clicking (and dragging) is used for selecting multiple text ranges.
