I really think that with a name like you have, everything should be simple and neat, so I didn't go overboard with the banner. But don't think that means it's ugly! I just kept the color scheme down to two similar colors and made it easy to read and not distracting.

Hi, CN12! This is more of a banner for a animation shop I will create soon. I would be most appreciative if you made this for me.
Background: Black cascading into blue
Main text (in the middle): Decepticon Animations (bold, red or black; which ever looks better)
Main picture: Starscream from Transformers Prime (or generation 1, whichever is easiest, or just a Decepticon insignia. If you do the insignia, please DO NOT do the version from the movies; please do the insignia with triangle "eyes")

Well I don't have much time right now, and I haven't figured out yet how to make colors cascading and stuff like that on Windows Paint. Let me see if I can figure it out and if I can do it I will let you know.
