You can make money creating projects in scratch or being a partner in the project scratch scratch page?? please let me know my doubt if anyone can help me.

You cannot make any money from just posting projects or being a partner or whatever. This is not YouTube. If you want to sell your projects, it's possible.

Well, there's no way to make money directly on the Scratch site - it's intended for learning and sharing freely.  But you are permitted to sell your Scratch projects or hire out your Scratch programming or teaching skills on other sites - that's permitted by the Scratch license.  Please check out the Scratch FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) section for more information.
