Set layer block
in scratch sprites have layers, if the layer of a diffent sprits is higher it goes behind it. wouldn't it be easy to set each layer its on, the problem is we only have go back x amout layers. It would be much easier to set them. Maybe there can be a thing that tells the layers, like costumes!

oh yeah how about a set rotate style block, you know how you can set an object to rotate only left and right, how about a block that makes it switch to free rotation or no rotation? another great idea!
