Compatibility with screen reader software

Hi,

We are using Scratch in our classes, and a blind student has pointed out that it doesn't seem to be compatible with his screen reader (the latest version of Jaws).

Is there any functionality or plug-in that I am unaware of? I would be surprised if an application designed with education in mind breaks the most basic rules of accessibility, discrimination etc.

Please let me know what I can do to solve this problem  yikes )

Thanks a lot!

Re: Compatibility with screen reader software

Sadly, there isn't really anything that can be done. Scratch is a visual language, so it wouldn't really do much.
