My VM crashed!

Help whenever i open scratch it says 'your VM crashed all info will be stored in the scratch folder as a .bmp' ,i've tried uninstalling then installing but nothing seems to work. And now i can't add a link to my projects because there is no way of opening scratch...

Have you looked at the .bmp file yet? It might have some info regarding the problem.

It was saved in a dump and ends with .dmp

its .dmp, not .bmp

bmp is an image

dmp is a crash-dump file

Could you open it in a text editor (Right-click > Open With > Text Editor/Another Program) and then post it on here? Preferably in [code][/code] tags.

guys the .dmp file is worthless trash

sharing it wont solve anything. just make sure when you are using scratch that you save often and arent running memory-consuming programs in the background

just open scratch and it should work

if its not opening correctly then you either didnt re-install it or you destroyed some program files. just install it again
