They do have US servers. Go to services > Standard Minecraft Hosting > then select the package and when you click on order you choose France or US.

This is the best server I have ever done! Good job laptop97! 
Also! I have created a faction called Timelords. Please join! A nice faction home is built and we are allied with the Warrior faction! Come travel in the T.A.R.D.I.S with us! Screenshots of the faction coming soon!
