Yes it is  . Also Silver Badge is Notable Member, and Bronze Badge is Dedicated Member.

I fixed the code so it supports the link - you can use it as a template for TechPro if you want!

Sorry I dont think I have explained myself well enough. If you put your mouse over my sig of Elite, you can click on it to go to the page, unlike yours. The code to do this is on Elite's Title Post.
