There should be some sort of (severe) penalty for creating false evidence just to get someone banned

And grass, I used to trust you.  Now I just can't.

Note, however, that this is not to say joe pvplogging was a good thing.  However, he has served his time for xraying, and a permaban just might be too long for a few offenses of pvplogging that, who knows, could be caused by lag; we really don't know

Why I should be a mod:
I am known through the community, and I think most people like me. I have pretty good people skills, I try to be nice and not get overly angry even in frustrating situations. I come online almost everyday. I would be fair, I would most certainly not use my mod powers to get an advantage. I don't hack, and I never break the rules. Admittedly I don't know all the server commands but I could learn quickly.

TL;DR: Vote for me.

I think I should be a moderator because I know most people on the server. I despise pvploggers and would totally help in the fight to cut down on their numbers. I try to be nice and to look at situations from an onlookers point of view instead of taking sides. I, like everyone else, have my faults. I do not claim that I would be the best moderator for the server but I do think that being a moderator would be a good experience for me as well as all the other players.

Why?

History - I have searched for x-ray tunnels for hours, build public buildings, and would sort out problems. Some of you think I'm mean, let me remind you this is a PvP server and PvP is encouraged for success. Sorry, I do not place a pillow of feathers over the words I say.

What I will do as mod: Unlike some of the other canidates, I am strongly against pvplogging. I believe that there should be lengthy bans ranging from 1 day to permenant and alwayshave /kill involved. Not only that, but  I will ban hackers, and re-do spawn as at the moment its a pain to get through the iron doors and easy to line pvp.

Why vote for me? I am very, if not the most, active member running for mod. This allows more time to sort out matters stated above. I will not and never had gifted myself items for personal benefit, just for jokes and stuff (Mr Shnowy :O). I know most of you will base your votes on personal feelings towards my actions, but I promise if I get mod, I will determine punishment equally.

actually, it's caused by inactivity.  If you're inactive for a certain number of days, your personal faction stuff all gets reset
And if that happens to the leader, it seems that one of the faction mods is then selected at random to be leader

Also, I think it would be good to have 4 mods, and skits. That would give an odd number allowing for votes on things.

I advised him to change it and had good reasoning so he probably will. :]
