I might wanna be an admin but only so I could say: "hey! I got this idea! LETS DO IT!". I also kinda want it so that I can get people to do stuff instead of just sitting there and taking any glory that style-XI 3 might get as a group.

What I said earlier about not wanting to be a leader is partially true. I think I might be good at it and whenever I choose not to get a leader role in anything, I always seem to be doing the most and kinda lead it, but I never want it until I've been part of it for awhile. Maybe you can just premote me to admin when I start to do the most. I dunno. The group's choice. I don't know it I wanna be leader right off the bat though.

Good point. What is everyone actually doing at the moment? I will start a vote so we can choose people to do what we think they should do. Until the vote is over, do not post anything else.
First, vote for the organiser, who has very little authority, and just keeps the heirachy running smoothly.
Second, vote for your two top choices (in no particular order) of who you want the sort-outers (xi solvers?) to be. You really have to think about this. Will they keep up with the workload?

Last, vote for the admins. You can put down two to four choices. They should be bouncy and friendly, they should be a little bit perfectionist.

pinnipediator and tpaley should be admins since they're both really active
P110 and firedrake should be sort-outers or organizers or whatever that is

I don't really want any authority because I am irresponsible and forget about things.

Agentroop, you don't need to remember much to be an admin.
Just to clarify:
One organiser (organised, good memory)
Two xi solvers (all mentioned above, dedicated, hard- working, can cope with authority)
Two-three admins (bouncy, fun, dedicated, generally good (define good for yourself) at scratch)

If I become admin, I will instantly award points to people who keep working on the OS. That project should be completed. We've come so far to give up on it.

We want someone organised to be organiser. I'm organised, (i think) whatever he/she says, p110 is organised, humhumgames is organised, agentroop claims not to be but is (a bit) really.

Humhum hasn't showed up to express anything about anything. I don't mind either of the two remaining positions, p110, do you want any of the remaining positions? Humhum, whether you are there or not, do you want either of them?
I have no opinion about having an authoritive position or not. If someone specifically wants me to be important say so, otherwise it's up to p110 and humhum. We could have three admins.....?

It is going off on a tangent to what it used to do with hotwire and it is becoming a self-sustaining democracy, as voted for by the members (with a bit of work). You can join the new one when it comes out. We aren't accepting apps at the moment.
