New Scrolling blocks?
I keep hearing that there are new blocks in Scratch 2.0 for scrolling. I was just curious what these were? You don't need to answer, but I was just wondering.

theyre stage blocks, i think theyre like panther's horizontal and vertical pan blocks

Actually, I've never heard of this. 
You might be thinking of the new scene blocks, which have nothing to do with scrolling.

Yep! ATM, Scratch 2.0 has stage/scene scrolling blocks. (features may change in full release)
Pretty sure they're [scroll x ()] and [scroll y ()].
