Well, I took computers throughout elementary if that counts. I'm in sixth grade too, and the class I will probably like most is Foundations of Latin.
I used computers in elementary too.
I knew how to use a computer in PRESCHOOL. I'm not lying.I could use one when I was two. Not lying.
I can't remember when I got my first computer, but I always had one, because my father works with computers. I used to "paint"

My computer class in 5th and 6th grade were mainly typing, microsoft office, a little Alice, Google Earth, and Google Sketchup. My friend's school has i7 computers with a touchscreen. Lucky....
Lol we get our own laptops, every student, with i5s.
You keep them?
Yeah

I take Digital at our school.
Currently, we're learning Dreamweaver and attempting to create a website from a PDF tutorial that looks as if it was designed in 1998.
Bright red Comic Sans MS on a tiled blue background, centred paragraphing.

Ew! Just... ew! My school is grinding my head in MS-Frontpage, and the only way I'm surviving is by keeping a little .txt file in my directory on their comps which contains a list of web standards the output HTML breaks. It's now around 50 items long, BTW.

Why red on blue. Just why.
The most we do in Computer classes here is learn networking stuff and basic HTML. And apparently I'll have to learn Turbo Pascal (which is ridiculously outdated, I believe) for 10th grade.

i'm pretty sure the idea of good colour combinations in computing has only become prevalent since the 90's

Cool! I did something very similar... almost. The whole reason I went to school for the 2 weeks that I did was to attend FutureKids, a computer class. The one day that it was supposed to happen, we sat at the door for 2 hours waiting for the teacher who never showed up, and we were eventually chased away by a teacher that owns a nearby class.
I hope it's NOT full of nerds.
Uh, why.
Nerds are the best people man. They're the most honest.

Nerds are awesome, dude. Pretty much all of my friends are nerds, and I'm proud of it. The only people I really hate are the idiot jocks in my P.E.

Yes.
We had Gym the first week of school (on team A, Health 1st quarter), and it was god awful. 8th graders tormented me, than they trampled me in front of the boy's locker room.
Banana: Geez, i feel awful...
