Chat Rooms~ Improved version
Lightnin has informed us that there are not enough moderators to have chat rooms.
Heres my proposal.
There will be a special topic on the forums in announcements.
There will be special times when moderators are avalibe to moderate. Example:
October 10
2:00
4:30
9:00
The dates would change, and it would say what times have been taken.
You fill out an application that looks something like this:
Username:
Time:
reason for wanting to use chatroom:
Scratchers that would chat:
Once this form is filled out, it will be accepted of denied.
The scratchers can accept of denie wether the ant to chat or not.
Then there will be a button where you can click and go to the chat room.
Note: Must be a full scratcher to use this feature.

It seems to be a lot of work, and all for something that people could easily do using something like Skype. Don't support.

Ditto, and the moderators probably can't moderate any chatrooms because the have 'lifes'. However, I like the fact that you haven't just said "ME WANT CHATROOM. ST PUT IN NOW", instead you have came up with a possible solution for the problem! Round of applause!
Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?

I'd quite like this feature, but I don't think the original suggestion is very practical. A normal chatroom system I think would do fine, especially since with the introduction of cloud lists one could abuse a chatroom anyway, a simple word filter could trigger some kind of report that could later be investigated
