MarioMaster48032 (the not so alt) was a very NOT so nice user, but got banned from Scratch, so Im here to take him over and be nice.

Well I'm glad that you want to be nice, but I'm not sure if the Scratch Team likes for someone to find a way around a ban. hmm

You are not allowed to get around a ban like transparent said. That will only double your ban.

Yes you can. But only if they trust you.

Pretty much what everyone said above.. Bypassing a ban will just get you in even more trouble.
