There have been many times where I've wanted to implement some kind of code into the game that unlocks bonus content. The code you would get by beating another one of my games or something like that. Or perhaps I could make a chat room and if you use the username Lordawesome123 (my name), you would have to enter a password to avoid false claims.
I think you should be able to hide scripts. Perhaps you right click on a script and click on "hide" and then enter in your Scratch username and password. Then, if you want to reveal all the hidden scripts, all you have to do is log into your scratch account? And I'm sure there's plenty of other ways to go about this.
Yes? No? What are your thoughts.

Useful, but that ^^^.

This goes against the whole idea of Scratch. The whole point is that other people can see your scripts and use them for their own purposes. Hiding scripts would defeat that purpose.
Then, how about hiding the text boxes?

I don't think anything should be hidden at all.

If you don't want people seeing it, should you really post it?

But if its like a cheat code. I should post it cause it make the game more interesting and dynamic, but don't want people seeing it.

That's not what he meant
Take my latest project in example, someone could easily download the project and look at the variable.
DON'T D:
But his suggestion is that either we can hide the script or variables.
I support. You could have a limit of like 2-3 hidden variables/lists to help

but hiding variables won't help.
Because people can just go: say [cheatcode] and figure it out.
