This is just a post talking about my new Gallery/Team, the Scratch Project Rating Board. I know usually you wouldn't need anything like this because when something's not appropriate, people flag it. But if it's a game with Mild Violence or Crude Humor or something like that, the people can submit their project to be rated, and we will make a little thing to go on the front of their project saying, "This project is rated [ ] by the SPRB." I also need some ideas and members. Like if it's fine, nothing wrong with it, it would be rated something like A for appropriate. They could post a link to this thread in their project notes, and people can see what the ratings mean. Here are a list of the members and the ratings:

I was thinking about putting that on there, but that's saying what's in it. It's not saying like what ESRB does, rated "T" for blood and mild violence. You wouldn't say it was rated "V," (violence,) "B," (blood) and "L." (language)

maybe E, but not the other ones A and EA isn't really like that, anyway if it goes above and beyond "F" (contains extremely inappropriate content) a message of varying seriousness should be sent to the user and emailed to the email address the user provided. If this happens 3 times the user should be banned permenently

Good idea, I'll help you guys out.
The ESRB also adds the content of the game on the ratings... Example:
So we could do that as well. I'd prefer a Newgrounds-style system for that, though, like:
VIOLENCE:
-None: Self-explanatory. Gives A rating.
-Cartoony: Fights do appear on the project, but no blood. Gives M rating.
-Blood: Characters bleed on the project. Gives U rating.
-Real Blood/Gore: Depicts pictures of real injured people. Gives F rating.
VOCABULARY:
-None: Self-explanatory. Gives A rating.
-Mild words: Contains words such as "darn", which aren't that offensive, but still some people dislike them. Gives M rating.
-Cursing: Contains offensive words. Has a high possibility of getting a F rating.
I also saw the rating pictures at the gallery... I think I could do some nicer ones... That's what I'll do now.

I like that idea, but really I would have to make SO MANY MORE project rating, um, what should i call them, Oh! I have a scientific term... things, I think all that would kinda annoy people...

Are these any better?![]()
OH-EHM-GEEE! (Sorry, nerd moment.) That would be perfect. The kinda ironic thing is, while i'm typing this, i'm listening to "Gives you %#&#" by All American Rejects. (Put the %#&# because if i put the word, it would kinda ruin the whole thing ;D)

Anyway, let's not go off-topic... Thanks for the comment. I forgot to put a "Etc..." on that first post, because we could also consider Suggestive Themes, and maybe a "Other" category with various stuff such as Drug/Alcohol references or Gambling (simulated because it's impossible to gamble real money on a Scratch project, lol).

I just used your rating *art* for my most recent project, Portal Sandbox V.3.5
I somehow managed to incorporate the sprite into the beginning of the project.
