Guys, Sweet Apple Massacre isn't appropriate for Scratch.

Seriously, NSFW isn't enough to explain it.

How much, do you reckon, creepypasta is actually scary? I've never come across a creepypasta that made me lose sleep. My favourite creepypastas are, in order, Jeff the Killer (Yeah, I know, I'm thinking of rewriting it to be, well, better), Squidward's Suicide, and The Expressionless.

Really, creepypasta wasn't meant to be scary, just unnerving. The closest I've seen to a scary creepypasta was Genetic Memory, and even then the real terror comes from the resulting fridge horror. Actually, I'll post it since no one else did.

Pale skin, dark, sunken eyes, elongated faces, sharp teeth, and the like. These images inspire horror and revulsion in many, and with good reason. The characteristics shared by these faces are imprinted in the human mind.

Many things frighten humans instinctively. The fear is natural, and does not need to be reinforced in order to terrify. The fears are species-wide, stemming from dark times in the past when lightning could mean the burning of your tree home, thunder could be the approaching gallops of a stampede, predators could hide in darkness, and heights could make poor footing lethal.

The question you have to ask yourself is this:

What happened, deep in the hidden eras before history began, that could effect the entire human race so evenly as to give the entire species a deep, instinctual, and lasting fear of pale beings with dark, sunken eyes, razor sharp teeth, and elongated faces?

… Just be careful out there.

Does anyone think somebody should start a creepypasta Roleplay thread thing? As in a comedy-horror thing where people pretend to be a popular creepypasta creature, or would it be considered too inappropriate for the scratch website?

- HYPER-REALISM. Now, I first saw this term in Squidward's Suicide. It's most common in lost episodes and video game pastas. "Hyper realistic eyes!" "Hyper realistic graphics!" "Hyper realistic blood!" "Hyper realistic--" ALL RIGHT ALREADY.

But yeah, there's my list of my most hated creepypasta cliches. 

I hate all of these. But mainly 13 and 666.

PARANOIA has been moved to the RPG forum (I didn't know of it's existence at the time) and is renamed as THEN A SKELETON POPPED OUT, after the infamous troll creepypasta.

No, that is a terrible idea for a creepypasta.

It's been written.  I mean the creepypasta wiki page.  Go look it up (I think it MAY be Jeff's-face-safe, just not fully certain).  It's called 'Liu.'
