um... i dont know about that... i usually just take screenshots and crop what i need... but there are programs that turn videos into gifs, of course!

Screenshots aren't going to work for a video
Paddle2See showed me a free program but it looked really complicated and I just want a simple program but I'll use it if I have to.
Maybe the gif thing will work.

I'm trying out gifninja right now. The files have to be really small in order to upload it though but I guess I can make videos that I want to put in Scratch projects really small.
Also, I forgot to mention, I want to make it so it looks like the video is sort of in Scratch, not just a few pictures from it.

Well, when I need to that I just google '.Avi to .gif' or '.WMV to .gif' and convert my video. I think Zamzar is a good one. If i remember correctly that's the one I used on this if you want to see the quality of the gifs (Quality of the video is a bit lower than the GIF quality as I needed to compress images)

Yep! And to get the gif into your project, just find the file in your documents/pictures/downloads/ect and drag it onto one of your sprites in scratch.
Here's a tutorial : http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/vitor_s … des/788337
