Report points?

There whould be report points wheree if you reported something very bad like a postwith swear words, it counts as 2 report points. Reports to be closed is 0 points. Only reports that are very important are counted. If you reach a certain amount, then you get a new member level?

I think this is good because Scratchers are taking their time to report something and is not required to. If they report something very bad, like swear word posts, i feel like Scratch should thank them (?) and if this does not go through, maybe a written message saying thank you would be nice!

I just feel like me reporting stuff has no benefits, just press report, wait until the post(s) are done, and then nothing else happens. If you think I am very sensetive, well I am! I hope this goes through. Thank you Scratch team.

Re: Report points?

This (I feel) is unneccessary because there already is an "award" that you get for reporting something bad; a cleaner website. Kids as young as 5 come on this website and do you want them to see a bunch of inapropriate words/images? That should be good enough for anyone to flag inappropriate material, so why would you need another incentive?

Anyway, about the new member rank, what we have right now is good enough.

Re: Report points?

reporting should not be a contest, and it does have benefits: you get a cleaner website!

besides you could abuse this by posting tons of horrid content on one account and flagging them all with another

Ehh, I guess being happy for people not seeing inappropriate stuff is good for all of us! So I can report lots of spam accounts and get nothing nothing in return! Thats great!

Haha I am not being sarcastic...

Close request.
