how do I change the corner scratch logo and import scratchskin?

how do I change the corner scratch logo and import scratchskin into 1.4?
for example:If I make A mod, how do I change the scratch logo to my mod's logo?

Use a art software or request, at my shop if you want...

Alt/Ctrl-click, click the pen(?) icon, import image. Oh, and use the source code.

Who would win, SOPA or PIPA?
