I am REALLY freaking out in a panic-attack way.
Really, though. So, I don't know how it happened, but suddenly, when I open my downloaded scratch projects, it asks me what to open it with. It has NEVER done this before. Naturally, I chose Scratch. When I opened it, it says, "This is not a valid application of Windows 32" , or something like that. Now I can't open any scratch project I ever downloaded, which is A LOT. And a bunch of them are REALLY helpful, like Velocity sprites and stuff like that. Can anyone help me with this? Please, please please PLEASE reply if you have ANY idea how I can fix this.

my first instinct would be to remove scratch from the system and then re-install it. your computer doesn't know scratch exists for some reason. just for the record you won't lose any downloaded stuff if you reinstall or remove scratch, and this bug wont harm other files.

What if that downloaded stuff was in a folder full of stuff? Because mine are. The ones I downloaded from the website won't work and just say that it's not a valid application of Win32. Usually I can click on them and they open, but it won't work that way. The Scratch now works, because my dad found a copy of it that works, and it still has all my stuff. But still, the folder of downloaded stuff... What about that?

i dont understand what is wrong. the projects should open fine if they are .sb files and if scratch.exe exists in the right place. i dont know how it could happen, but maybe you configured scratch projects to open with a different program.
the best way is to remove the old scratch, not introduce new copies to the system. hopefully you weren't messing around with program files

I don't know how to mess around with program files... Whatever you mean by that. My dad fixed it, (In a way.) but thanks for the help!
