Very active and have a specific need for those extra tools. Really, they don't need anymore and you shouldn't try to become one just for this testing. 

yeah there's no set amount of characteristics and things someone has achieved... it just happens

What exactly do we have to test? Like, will we have to evaluate it and send it in to the ST?

I was near the beginning page of people asking. But I wrote 'sign up' not 'signup. Does that mean I won't get picked?
