not only that, but innapropriate sites could be linked. so no go to internet block.

The "go to <LINK>" block will most likely never be implemented. Reason? What nama said.

I think the fact that it's a drop down menu means you can select 'whitelisted' sites in his idea

Actually I think that's just because the "goto" block in scratch is a dropdown menu

*sigh*
My only problem is the layout.
THE LAYOUT.
TOTALLY POINTLESS MAN.

Um, will there be a paintbrush in the paint editor like the one in 1.4? Because the current paintbrush is not very workable. And I think you should use the same background for the paint editor, it makes it way easier.

for the future, you're going to have to remember to warn scratchers about phishing projects that ask "enter username: _____ , enter password: _______" and then they can steal your password using cloud variables. probably going to have to add that to what you should report in projects.
Also, I hope the scratch paint program works well in the end.

Ah, so that's the scissor icon! Thanks a bunch! Also, how do we open scratch mods in 2.0, like Blook? (ME LOVES BLOOK!)

Any place where you used to Right-Click to access a menu you now have to Shift-Click.
So, if you Shift-Click on a sprite you get a menu where you can delete the sprite.

Actually, it's my understanding that there is going to be some sort of plug-in interface to extend and modify the basic program. But probably not in the original release. The Scratch Team really loves the creativity and enthusiasm shown by those making all the mods of Scratch - they want to be able to provide something similar in Scratch 2.0.
